Acoustic Neck Blank - Mahogany

Mahogany (Swietenia macrophylla) Acoustic guitar neck blank.  A quarter sawn billet approximately 75-80 mm wide and 700 mm long dressed to 20 mm thick. suitable for making a spliced peg head and matching piece of timber 75-80 wide by 110 mm long by 100mm deep  to make the heel and tenon.  Mahogany is light and resonant  and  very easily worked. It is one of the great traditional neck woods.
